Cancellation & Reservation Policies
For Rooms, Group and Special Event Bookings
Arrival and Departure
Our guests are welcome to check in at 3:00 p.m. on the day of their arrival and the departure time is at 11:00am. If you require a late departure, please contact the Innkeeper for details on late check out availability and pricing.
During our High Season from May 1st to October 31st there is a minimum two night stay required for all rooms. There are occasions in which a room is free for one day, so if this is your need please contact the Innkeeper for exceptions to this policy by calling 1-800-963-2194.
On all reservations there is a required deposit of 50% of your stay with a minimum required reservation of two nights to confirm your booking.
A full payment for the dates reserved is due fifteen days before the day of arrival.
Because we are a specialized Inn with high demand, cancellations affect our business significantly, therefore we must adhere to a very firm cancellation policy. We do ask that all guests be sure of their travel plans before booking and if they are concerned with plans, we recommend travel and cancellation insurance coverage.
We realize that situations may arise necessitating cancellation, however in fairness to all our guests and the Inn's limited season we must maintain our cancellation policies and thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations between the high season if May 1st to October 31st require sixty days notice for a refund, while any off season cancellations require thirty days notice. All refunds will be issues minus a $100.00 administrative fee.
After the cancellation dates noted above, pre-payments cannot be refunded regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure..
For Groups & Special Events
All groups are required to provide their deposit at the time of booking. There are no exceptions to this policy and all group bookings will be made on a single contract.
Wedding and Special Event Parties must book our entire facility for a minimum of two days in order to host at Barachois Inn. This ensures the highest quality experience for guests and will avoid any confusion during their stay.
We ask that all group and special event reservations call or email the Innkeeper for more details on these policies and bookings.
We Accept Master Card or Visa Credit Card for Payments and Reservations.
Written confirmation will be forwarded by e-mail or post mail, within fourteen days of the date the reservation was made.
