Policy For Handling Reservations at the Barachois Inn

CANCELLATION POLICY

Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available for check in at 3:00 p.m. Departure is at 11:00 a.m.

Minimum Stay
During high season - June 1 - October 31, there is a minimum two (2) night stay requirement. However, there are certain times when we might have a unit which is vacant for one night, so do check with the Inn by calling 1-800-963-2194.

Prepayment
A deposit of fifty percent confirms a reservation. (Minimum deposit one night's stay.)

Full payment for the dates reserved is due fifteen days before arrival.

Cancellations
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We ask that all guests be sure of travel plans before booking.

We realize that situations may arise necessitating cancellation, however, we must maintain our business policy due to a limited season and high accommodation demand.

Policy
Notice of cancellation of sixty days for stays during June through October; thirty days at all other times will result in full refund of prepayment less one hundred dollars administrative fee.

After the prescribed notices for cancellatons,listed above, have expired, prepayments cannot be refunded regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure.

To prevent loss of moneys, we suggest travel and cancellation insurance coverage.

We accept Master Card or Visa credit card payments.

Written confirmation will be forwarded by e-mail or post mail, within fourteen (14) of the date the reservation was made.
